Chapt.1 Commanders in vehicles are not welcome and not allowed. Exceptions: Commanders can occupy strategic vehicles (at flags f.e.) if otherwise these would be empty. As soon as a team member is requesting or needing the vehicle the commander has to leave it immediately. Helicopers and planes are absolutely forbidden for commanders! Chapt.2 The commander can participate in fight actions, especially when there are only few players on the server. As soon as there can be statet a deficit in his commander performances due to this, he has to stop all actions beside the commander job. Otherwise --> Kick or if repeated Ban! Chapt.3 Cartillery is forbidden!
